Authentically ND Post-Diagnostic Support Package
The Authentically ND Post-Diagnostic Support package provides a 12-month programme designed to support adults newly identifying as neurodivergent.
Whether you identify as neurodivergent through diagnosis or self-identification, this journey can bring relief and validation but also a re-evaluation of life experiences that may be challenging to navigate alone.
At Authentically ND, we offer personalised and group support to help you explore your neurodivergent identity, rebuild emotional well-being, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Authentically ND 12 Month Post-Diagnostic Support Service Includes:

Onboarding, Check-In & Wrap-Up Sessions
Jess (Founder of Authentically ND) will personally onboard you with a 30-minute exploration call to confirm the mentoring approach that best suits your preferences and match you with the most suitable mentor.
Throughout the year, Jess will send check-in messages, tips, and support ideas to help you explore your neurodivergent identity and support needs.
At the end of your mentoring programme, Jess will provide a 45-minute wrap-up session to review your achievements and discuss the next steps in your mentoring journey.

Learn About Your Sensory Needs
Learn about your unique sensory profile and how it influences your daily experiences, providing you with practical insights and strategies that you can use straight away.
You will get access to a personalised report that outlines your sensory preferences and ways to overcome challenges across home, work and self-care.

Twelve Personalised Mentoring Sessions
Our goal is to help you embrace your neurodivergent identity, find community, and empower you to access the support and strategies that work for you.
You will be assigned a mentor who is a neurodiversity trained expert and has lived experience of neurodivergence.
Each session is tailored to your personal requirements. Whether you are seeking to better understand your sensory needs, reduce the impact of masking, access practical supports such Access to Work and Personal Independence Payment, or negotiate reasonable adjustments with your employer, we are here to guide you through this process.

ND Perspective Community
You will gain access to a vibrant online community of neurodivergent people, employers and supporters who are dedicated to exploring neurodiversity, work and wellbeing outcomes.

Wellbeing Sessions
You will access to pre-recorded wellbeing sessions that are tailored to understanding and supporting neurodivergence.
These sessions provide insights into different neurodivergent experiences and provide you with practical strategies that promote holistic wellbeing.

Authentically ND Community
You will have access to a dedicated community space on the ND Perspective platform for people who have accessed the Authentically ND Support Package (only visible and accessible by invite through the onboarding process). Each month we will explore a different topic related to neurodivergence, identity, strengths and support needs.
The above is an example of a post-diagnostic support package available through Authentically ND. However, you can adjust according to your needs. Please get in touch today to discuss your specific post-diagnostic requirements.
*Please note this service is not for community members who are regularly supported through tier three mental health services or are assigned a social worker (exceptions are made for community members who are on annual medication review or those whose social worker supports the uptake of this support package). Should it become apparent that this service is not suitable during the exploration call you will be refunded in full. Withholding information may mean your support package is cancelled and you will not be reimbursed.
